so delicious and filling! did not feel low calorie at all. this reduced fat cheese played a huge part in the lowered calories and didn’t change the taste or texture.

the recipe:
cook shrimp in a pan with seasonings of choice or taco/fajita seasoning. remove from heat and chop up. put shrimp on the tortilla, cover with cheese, and fold. cook on same pan flipping 1-2 times until the cheese is melted and outside is crispy. only use 0 calorie cooking spray on the pan.
