




MANGO SALSA!!! I can’t believe I was eating regular salsa when the mango salsa is only 5 calories more and adds so much flavor. It’s like teriyaki sauce for Mexican food at this point and only 15 calories a tbsp! I’ve been making a salad like this for a long time but adding this salsa and the honey chipotle dressing has taken it to restaurant quality and I wish I was joking. The last photo of the food I was already eating but I wanted to show how saucy the salad gets. Legit never going back this recipe is golden. It would be even better with some higher quality cheese. Honestly this would be good without the cheese maybe just less filling. Please try!!

How did you season the shrimp?
I forgot to add that I squeeze half a lime over the salad and the shrimp!!! Cilantro would probably take it to another level as well
This could also be vegetarian friendly! Substitute the shrimp for black beans and corn or jackfruit etc. the flavors and base are the most important part

Damn that’s the kind of saucy salad that I would eat. Not these bland ass salads I used to eat back in 2021 when I didn’t know how to cook lol.
