
Hey guys! I used to treat myself to pastries once in a while and disregard the count, but have been finding it unsustainable and want to be able to factor it into my calorie count more often. Baking and pastry making is such a huge hobby of mine, counting calories for baked goods I make from scratch is easy, but my issue is going out and trying new cafes and pastries. I do enjoy myself multiple pastries a week, do you have any tips for counting and factoring it in? Ex. I weighed this kouign amann I bought and it was 90 grams, 7up can for size reference, how many calories could it be? Thank so much!
