    congratulations on your weight loss! your progress is so motivating! im trying to drop 25 pounds in the next 6 months doing at home workouts and 1500 calories too 🙂

  3. We are almost the same! I’m 5’3” 20 and started at 186 last March. Today I weighed in at 155. Slow and steady these pass 10 months but hoping to lose 20 more pounds before/around June. I’ve also been eating 1500 and exercising 5 days a week!

  5. This is what I needed tbh. I have to remind myself it’s better to lose weight more slowly. I’m about your height and I been on 1500 cals (I used to eat 2500+ day) and hitting the gym and losing the weight very, very slowly. I have to remind myself that I also have muscle mass so of course it’s gonna take time 🙂

    I’m currently 180 and look the same as you started. I tried so many times and failed. I read your comments below, could you tell me more? I’m having such a difficult time losing weight.

  7. I read that you incorporate at home strength training. Do you do any cardio at all? Last time I had weight loss like this had access to a gym. I can’t really afford the gym or high impact cardio.

    Trying to do these last 25 lbs has been difficult with diet alone. You have literally accomplished my current fitness goal! It’s quite inspiring. 🦾
