Just wanna say I’m so freaking glad I’ve found this sub, I need inspiration!
Been on that CICO life for the first time for a month and I’m doing OKÂ â but some days I just can’t be arsed and I resort to a can of cannellini beans (still delicious don’t @ me) to feel a bit more full up and keep them KCals low. But yeah, this joyous and colourful subreddit looks like a gem!
