    Good job, nice spread of food groups ! Eat whatever makes it easier for you, including the pork skins. Anything that makes dieting and eating at a calorie restriction a smoother transition is worth it. Including 0 calorie pops/sodas. Some of the fittest people I know drink a ton of diet sodas and 0 calorie drinks.
