No breakfast (just coffee), lunch was eggs on toast with avocado then a little while later some high protein yoghurt with strawberries. Snacks have been corn thins with cream cheese, tomato and cucumber, a green apple and two weetbix with a tiny bit of skm milk. Dinner was home made meatballs with a cabbage salad with some crispy noodle dressing. I’ll have a rainbow Paddlepop ice cream later too 😊

  1. I love to see this whole day of eating collages. I tend to have only two meals at 1500kcal because I feel like it is not nearly enough to make 3 filling meals. Good reality check. I probably should stop eating till absolutely stuffed in the evening. Looks good!
