  1. I’ve been eating this dish pretty often lately and I absolutely love it!

    Macros: 49.2 g carbs, 44.9 g protein, 11.5 g fat

    – 150 g chicken breast (weighed raw)
    – 200 g boiled potatoes
    – 160 g steamed broccoli
    – 100 ml light hollandaise sauce (store-bought)
    – 3 g olive oil
    – homemade soy glaze

    Not only does this look delicious, but wow 49g protein for almost 500 calories! And got good carbs and veg in there too!

    This is so smart. Spend some calories making your food taste good. Plain chicken breast, potatoes and broccoli would put me off dieting real fast.

  6. The husband looked over my shoulder and said “what is that? I would eat that!” So I have to find light hollandaise sauce I guess.

    You should add seasoning to the broccoli and potato next time to really elevate the meal

    Salt, pepper, garlic powder, and a little paprika will spice up that broccoli if wanted 🙂
