Smoked Shotgun Shells: hatch chili sausage, smoked cream cheese, and various flavorings, stuffed into manicotti shells, wrapped in bacon, and then slow-smoked before glazing with BBQ Sauce. Has to be tasted to be believed.

    May I inquire what various flavorings include? Is the sausage cooked before inserting into manicotti? Is the smoked cream cheese wrapped around the sausage? I have a crepe style recipe for manicotti (crespelle) I think would lend itself perfectly to this.
