Protein yogurt bowls are the GOAT
I have one every night with fat free Greek yogurt mixed with Casein protein powder/Sugar+Fat free pudding powder mix and any frozen fruit of choice
Slower digesting protein to end the day for me but i def have it for breakfast sometimes too
I thought the yogurt breakfast was cinnamon rolls with extra frosting π and I was very confused
I love the heart bowls, makes everything feel so cute and fun π
