  1. I usually walk or run 3x a week, generally aiming for a 5k run twice a week and a longer run (7-9k) once a week. I also walk on top of this. My job isn’t super active but I do about 2000-5000 steps at work.

  2. I have been averaging about 1500 cals a week but still losing weight and I don’t want to lose more. I try to eat 1600-1700 when I exercise but doesn’t always happen.

  3. How much weight on average are you losing per week from eating 1500 calories? From there, you can calculate out your TDEE. Also, it’s up to you if you want to eat more on running days and less on inactive days vs. eating the same amount every day.
If you are trying to stay at maintenance, listen to your body, and if it needs fuel because you’re hungry or you dont have energy for your runs, eat more food.

  4. I see from your post history that you have an eating disorder, and were underweight the last time you posted your stats. Are you currently seeking treatment for your eating disorder? I would suggest talking to your doctor and/or therapist about whether it’s a good idea for you to be tracking your calories at all right now. Generally calorie counting is not recommended during recovery. I think your best bet would be to discuss all of this with your doctor / care team!
