    thats also quite a lot of protein in one sitting! you thought of drinking that premiere protein shake another time of the day?

    I feel like my body wouldn’t be able to process that much protein in one sitting, and would get bunged up with not enough fibre! The smoothie sounds tasty but I’d break that much protein up into a couple meals personally, and splice more veggies and whole grains into the meals 🙂
