100 days felt like a big milestone and I wanted to celebrate by sharing!

I’m a 5’4″ female. I have gone from 165 to 151 lb. I have been doing orange theory, and I know I have gained some muscle as well.

I eat between 1400-1600 calories a day typically, depending on how I’m feeling, activity level, and where I’m at in my cycle.

If you have any questions about the meals, let me know and I’ll try to find out what it was.

Some things I’ve learned along the way:

    1. It’s unfortunately a long slow process with ups and downs, try not to beat yourself up and just stay steady

    2. I think of my day like a budget, I can eat whatever I want, but I have to decide what I want to spend my calories on. Some things are more expensive and less filling, but are still great in moderation.
    3. Don’t let a binge throw you off, just start the next day fresh.
    4. High protein and high fiber are your friends for staying full.
    5. Just do your best, if you try to be perfect you will be unhappy and you will fail.
    6. There are going to be times (parties, restaurants) when you can’t track food very well, just try to pick a better option than you normally would
    7. still eat the cake, just eat less

Your meals look delicious! I’m a big fan of the banana/yogurt/muesli bowl too.

That yasso bar is now one of my favorites as I used to go through loads of the ben & jerry’s chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream (my fav). Truly a work of art.
