Looks like a very simple combination of ingredients. How does it taste? Usually I need some sort of oil to give it flavor like tahini or olive oil.

At first glance it looks like it says “zero rat” and I was like “well ok, that’s good I guess…”

I thought at first it says zero rat and then I was like well fuck I sure hope so
But zero fat too also makes sense 😂😂😂

Great find! Traditional hummus is so calorie dense with all three olive oil.

I recently started making my own Baba Ganoush and Hummus. It’s quite simple and as you control the amount of olive oil or tahini you include, you control the calorie density as well as the spice level.

Amir is selling a line of n”o-oil” hummus where I live too, with similar calories to that brand’s zero fat original. It’s only 3 fewer calories than their standard stuff in the same flavors, which are already half if what Sabra is, so I’ve skipped it so far.
18cal per 2TBsp for “Mediterranean” sounds enticing though. Tasty stuff, and you can have so much!

I picked this up at Kroger and I’m so glad that I did. Here’s the nutrition label for anyone who’s interested
