    If you want a low motivation/effort meal, I’d recommend doing a chicken traybake with veggies: super lazy and easy to scale to the portions you need! I normally use this recipe, but add in some starchy root veg (potato or swede normally) for a full meal for only an extra 100 cal or so: https://www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/chicken-recipes/hit-n-run-traybaked-chicken/
    I also semi regularly adapt the seasoning to whatever is to hand in the cupboard.
