    66.8 g carbs, 57.7 g protein, 39.2 g fat

    I LOVE cooking/baking and weight loss hasn’t put a damper on that. If anything, I like it more than before, because I don’t feel guilty eating what I’m making 🙂

    I made this meal swapping ingredients for lower calorie alternatives such as no/lower sugar, fat-reduced butter/cream/cream cheese, baking protein …
    My portions are also much smaller than they used to be 🙂
