As I started losing weight I became less and less interested in counting calories too closely, because now I have a general idea on how much I’m eating and just generally eating more healthy. I still measure them when I eat new food or it’s been a while. I’m losing steadily with estimating.

It truly is amazing!! High five for sharing OP! They show you pictures of different portion sizes on plates so you can get a visual idea of how many calories is in fruits, veggies etc.
