Macaroni sauce: 1 cup of cooked butternut squash blended with 1/2 slice Violife cheese (melted). Salt and pepper added to taste. I used Fiber Gourmet macaroni pasta, one serving.
Collard greens were cooked with broth and frozen corn added towards end of cooking.

Impossible sausage was pan fried.
