Just eat what you want that sounds good. If its too large of a serving, take some home. Just use your brain. One meal isn’t going to ruin your diet. In fact, research shows that taking a day or two every few weeks to go back to maintenance statistically leads to better long-term fat loss AND a much higher likelihood of keeping weight off.
The avocado toast and gravlax are probably like 600 calories. If you are so worried about eating 1500 that day just eat 300 calories less the rest of the day.

I’d pick the seasonal quiche! Good protein from the egg and tons of veg too.

Shakshuka (go easy on the bread) or quiche (ask about cheese/butter use) and a side of good vibes!
Don’t worry too much about going over a tiny bit and just eat enough to feel full.
You could modify one of the salads since they have fried/bread elements and do dressing on the side, but that feels sparse.
Edit: just noticed the huevos rancheros, also a good option if there’s not tons of tortilla

Steak and eggs, no hashbrowns etc. Low carb, steak often is lower in calories since it’s not a fatty piece at restaurants.

That green shakshuka sounds yummy.

Gin cured salmon. Very low cal.

I’ve been there, the shakshuka is AMAZING and worth any amount of calories. The portions are small and they only give you one piece of bread so it’s not even too bad calorie wise. But like literally I still dream of that brunch sometimes and it’s been a good four months since I went.
Honestly just fuck it. Life is a waste without good food. Get the ricotta fritters too they’re bomb.

Get the Dino kale salad, ask them to add grilled chicken, and save half for later.

lowest calories would probably be either of the salads.
If I wanted a meal to provide some more fuel for the day, I’d pick the burger or steak and eggs.
You could also get a salad with an egg or bacon on the side and add it to the salad.
If I was picking from this menu, I’d get the breakfast pizza, the quiche, or the dino kale salad. Not sure on the calories, but those sounded delicious!

Keep in mind brunch is supposed to be breakfast and lunch so I would count the calories accordingly, maybe plan a lighter dinner

It all sounds so good 🤤. Not sure about 300, but if I was diet-minded I would get the seasonal quiche.

I’d order 2 scrambled eggs and the grits or an English muffin or home fries.

Huevos rancheros is probably what I would lean on here. You can usually get away with a cup or so for around 170 calories depending. So you could get in 2 cups of it, for under 400, for a pretty decent portion.

Also the steak and eggs- and eat half. Likely would end up around 400 ish calories. With no grits/bread

Idk about 300 calories, but now I want smoked oysters.

Yum. Where is this? This seems like some sort of exercise in hell. Probably the salads with dressing on the side but calories be damned. I’d get the chargrilled oysters.

Order something you actually want to eat and enjoy your time out – eat half, take the rest home.
Maybe the avocado toast or green shakshuka
Egg – 70ish calories (they might add oil so maybe add 50 cal)
Toast – 100ish calories
Bacon (depending on cut) – 45ish per slice
