How many eggs did you use? You can google average calories for the eggs (scrambled) you bought. And for the sausages, if they came in a pack, then you should have nutrition facts.

I would guess about 100 calories per sausage and at least 120 calories per egg. I am guessing there is between 2 or 3 eggs there.
I saw that this was from a restaurant- restaurants are known to use butter and the color of the egg indicates that they probably add cream or crème fraise to the eggs. This is why I estimated about 50 calories “extra” per egg used.

I’d log it at around 650 calories: 80/Egg plus at least 100 in oil used for frying (since it’s a restaurant), which with 3 eggs makes about 350 plus 150/sausage, of which I think there are two.

Literally no way to know without knowing what kind of sausages, how much butter they used (there’s a pool of grease under your eggs), milk or cream added to the eggs. Could be easily 700+ calories assuming two pork sausages that look evenly crisped even in the cuts so they could even be deep fried, plus 3+ eggs, butter, milk, etc…

I’d log 600.
