    Take chickpea naukt, put it in a bowl and add water and let it stand for 7 hours. After 7 hours have passed, strain the chickpea hummus well and wash it. Then put it in a pot and add cold water and start boiling for 40 min. After we have finished cooking, evaluate it again. Then take a blender and put hummus chickpea juice from squeezed lemon, granulated garlic, salt, tahini, olive oil and a little water in it, blend all these ingredients well and the spread is ready
