I was making protein ice cream and decided to taste the mix before I froze it and it was really good so made some into pudding. Calories include topping and pecans.
Serving size is 1 cup (231 grams)
I made a big batch of it:
> 28 g Butterscotch pudding mix, sugar free (Jello brand, yes it’s dairy free)
>
>5 c Almond milk, low cal
>
>64 g vegan whey Vanilla Sundae flavor (California Performance brand)
>
>couple drops of caramel flavor
>
>2 tsp guar gum
Instructions: whip everything together with a hand blender. More blending adds volume. You can use this to make pudding or ice cream using the Ninja creami.

Another question – how do you handle leftovers with the protein ice cream?
Edit: lol and yet another question.. When your pints freeze, does the center end up raised compared to the edges? This has been happening with mine. Not sure if that can cause problems when processing it.

Without topping and pecans it is 108 calories.
