How does my food log look?

I am 30F and 223 pounds, wanting to be 150 pounds at most. I’ve only lost about ten Lou da in one year. I’m in a slight deficit many days but then I ruin it and binge on sweets. I really need to get this fat off of my body so I can be confident and happy and healthy.

  1. It looks potentially quite inaccurate. Lots of food logged by serving rather than weight. Do you weigh your food? Lots of what looks like fast food or food not prepared at home. What cookie is 50 calories??! Most cookies are 100-140, even small ones.

  2. The only caveat I would add is exercise. I don’t have those deduct automatically. Apps and trackers can be so inaccurate with them, so just some caution with those numbers.

    I only ever consider exercise cals when I have done a VERY heavy hike, other than that, I don’t calculate them in.
