For anyone who doesn’t have this brand ( I don’t here in Pennsylvania), Schwebels brand bagels are 170 and it’s a normal sized great tasting bagel! They were such a great find cruising through the Walmart bread aisle!

Maybe I’m wrong, but can’t they put lower calorie/carbs numbers after they factor in fiber? 20 g of fiber is insane; that’s almost the full daily recommendation. Can someone explain how the carbs/calorie/fiber numbers work?

I have to order mine from Netrition because they aren’t sold anywhere near me! Every few months I do a huge bulk order and stock my freezer with the bread and bagels. Please keep sharing, the more popular they get the more widespread they’ll be and (hopefully) the less expensive they’ll become.

It’s a bit misleading being marketed as “low carb”; It’s 72% carbs and the first caloric ingredient is enriched but I guess it is higher fiber and less calories which is what Matters

I think of “Better bagel” a true low carb bagel + it has most protein
