Depends on the filling. Veg filling will be fewer Cals than meat, add more if there’s cheese in there. I’d guess around 130-150 each

Usually the prawn/vege ones are about 60 calories each. Meat or chicken about 80

Depends on the filling completely. They do look super oily though so you need to factor that in too. What sauce did you have with them?

One thing I like to do with this is to find entries in your calorie app of choice and take an entry in about the 75th percentile range of calories. In this case “pan fried gyoza” got me around 50-80 calories/piece, totaling around 500-800 calories. The upper end of that range feels high for the amount of charred bits (implying less oil for frying), so I’d guess around 650-700 calories
