
I lost 10 kg with calorie counting, after a hard year and a lot of stress I almost gained it all back.
I tries starting again and again but couldn’t bring myself to it. But with you guys and your creative ideas I did it a year ago – so I am back and will keep the promise I gave myself 🙂
Made a cute lunch for tomorrow and an iced coffee for the morning. I know I don’t have to sacrifice stuff I like.

It’s always hard to get back on track, but you’ve got this! Like you said, you’ve done it before so you can do it again.
Also, where did you get the Jiji lunch box?
Getting back on track can be a tough road for a little bit and it’s ok if you go over a little here and there. The more comfortable you can make the process the easier it will be to stick to. Best of luck!
