


Have always been scared of eating cottage cheese, but just tried immersion blending the entire tub to start, and putting it back in. Game changer.
Toasted English Muffin – on both halves, 30g of blended cottage cheese. On one half, an over easy egg with sea salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper. On the other half, crushed red pepper and hot honey.
Protein Iced Coffee – Coffee with 1 cup of almond milk and 36g of vanilla protein powder ❤️

The protein coffee and blended cottage cheese is genius. 👌 I want to eat cottage cheese too but the texture puts me off.
I use blended cottage cheese in everything. I make several high protein baking recipes that use it (cornbread, muffins, etc). When you blend it it disappears into stuff. Blended with a little tomato sauce makes a great pasta sauce (or make a high protein lasagna the same way).
