Divide all ingredients amongst 12 jars. When ready to cook, add an egg and mix it all up. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, microwave for another 20-30 seconds. Cooking time varies depending on how firm you like your eggs.
The jar does get pretty hot, so I transferred mine to a bowl & added salt and pep.

This is pretty damn cool. My high school kids are always screaming for snacks after school this makes a perfect easy, healthy, portion controlled snack so that they won’t be full at dinner.

I saw a post the other day complaining about the smell of scrambling eggs in a microwave

I meal prep and I’ve also bought the mann’s breakfast dishes in the past. Idk why I never thought to combine the two.
Looks good!

Do you freeze them or anything? Or how do you keep them “fresh” throughout the week since all the ingredients are mixed together?
Thank you. 🙂

I love Just Crack an Egg but my local stores are always hit or miss for stock. Thanks for this!!

Premix all these ingredients, evenly divide into muffin tin, bake at 350 for 15min and freeze. Then warm up in microwave and enjoy a handheld breakfast/snack whenever.
I just made a sautéed mushroom/spinach batch up this morning.

This looks amazing. How does this work? You crack an egg in there mix it up. Close the top and put it in a souis vide machine?

I get “Just Crack an Egg” for $.50 each from a local store. Though i love the idea and will keep this post in mind for whenever they stop selling them there. Thanks!

How do you keep them from sticking? I’ve tried to prep these in a few types of containers and they always stick. But the store bought plastic version doesn’t seem to stick? Not sure what I’m doing wrong!

Such a good idea! I actually prepped the same thing today with bacon, peppers, mushrooms and onions. Looking forward to breakfast all week!

Thanks so much for this! I look forward to having some this week!
I was just wondering about the potatoes – are they raw or precooked?
I buy the Jimmy Dean egg scramble cups. At 2.79 each it gets expensive but it makes my mornings so much easier. I never thought of doing this 🤦🏾♀️
Are these 8 or 16 oz jars?
Great idea!!
I don’t see how all these ingredients last for more than a day.
