    Just a joke – please don’t ban me I swear I normally try to contribute legitimate meals here. But in all seriousness, these are a nice sweet treat in moderation for anyone whose sweet tooth is missing this info!

    Edit: thanks for the love y’all. I thought 3 or 4 people might appreciate my calorie deficit math on this. As it turns out, my single best contribution to this sub is a recommendation to eat chocolate all day. I’ll take it!

  4. For real though, Kisses and Hershey’s Miniatures have been great for me since I started losing weight. I find myself satisfied after only a few.

    So if I get a full 8 hours, that means that I can eat one every 14 minutes.

    More sleep and more frequent chocolate.

  6. Bought a bag of kisses as they aren’t good enough that I’ll spend the time to unwrap enough to blow my calorie counts, but they’ll kick a quick chocolate craving. Think I’ll switch back to werthers hard caramels as one of those lasts longer.

    Hershey’s dark chocolate exceeds my daily allotment for lead. You may be thinking “why would you allow any lead?” Well that’s because I’m building up my immunities to bullets. *taps brain*

  8. Unfortunately the type of calories you eat, affect how you feel. After one day of this nonsense you will feel like absolute shit.

  9. Eat american chocolate? Why would i waste calories on that stuff when there is nice chocolate in this world?

  10. With intermittent fasting you can up your Hershey to time ratio as high as you can make it.

  11. This reminds me of that drinking game where you take a shot or beer/cider every minute for an hour. It’s terrible 😂
