Finally got the chance to try Quintonil, and it was truly an incredible meal. They are without a doubt deserving of their accolades.

Standout dishes were the mussels in a seafood mole, fried ant larvae, and mamey dessert. I do agree with some other posts on this sub about the duck being underwhelming. At the start of my meal I asked the waiter if it was possible to try both main proteins, and he said yes as long as I promised to finish them as not to waste any food. I did my part by cleaning my plate, and I think the ribeye was definitely better. The mole that accompanied the duck was delicious, but the duck itself felt rather standard, although still good.

If anyone has recommendations for other fun, creative places to try in CDMX other than Pujol, Expendio de Maiz, and Masala y Maiz, please let me know. I have either already visited those or have plans to go.
