
I've been making this for many years, just figured I would upload it because it is one of the best vegan recipes you can possibly make.
You dip it in either sriracha or soy sauce and I eat these until my belly is stuffed 🙂
Recipe:
- cut sweet potato into wedges and bake until tender
- cook rice, add rice vinegar
- lay rice out on nori, add potato, add avocado
- cut in half to make two sushi half-burritos
- eat as many as your belly will allow
