
Sandwich w/ peppered salami, avocado, tomato, Swiss cheese, spinach, onion, mustard, and mayo. Iโm a fan of having a smaller quantity of rich food vs a larger quantity of less rich food. Gimme all the cured meats and mayo and cheese!!
And of course, a bowl of blueberries โ my favourite ๐

About to head off on an 8k hike! I found a new spot that is just a tiny ๐ค๐ผ bit above my level in some areas and it is such a nice workout for me. Just enough of a challenge! I might try to hike there every day if my schedule and weather permits ๐
