I really struggle with the warmer months and we’ve been having a hot spell in the UK, I can only tolerate cold fruit and yoghurt during the day but I still need to get all my nutrients in. I’ve been thinking of freezing some grapes to help keep me cool as well, I’ve never done that before but keep seeing it on Reddit!

This is a bowl of Greek yoghurt with honey, dark chocolate, almonds, flaxseed, chia seeds, strawberries and kiwi. I’m chugging a bottle of ice cold water infused with spearmint, too!
