1- Japanese sweet potato (I can’t eat the skins), avocado, Greek yogurt
2- udon noodles and tofu
3- butternut squash soup and tofu
4- cottage cheese on toast
5- sweet potato pancake and cottage cheese
6- egg salad (light mayo and no mustard) on white bread
7- sweet potato with cottage cheese and Greek yogurt.
I’m on day 17 of this diet. First two days were clear liquids only then I slowly introduced soft foods.
I haven’t eaten meat in almost 20 days! I get my protein mainly through Greek yogurt, eggs, tofu, peanut butter, and cottage cheese.
I also eat a lot of bananas, applesauce, and peaches without the skins.
Veggies must be blended to oblivion!!
