I’m a foodie in an ulcerative colitis flare on a strict soft foods/ low residue diet. Here are some of my meals lately
Ima put yall onto my fav peak ice cream! The serving size is 3!! And each one is like 40 calories and they taste like chocolate pudding cups! So good, I usually only eat one or two when I want ice cream,6g of fiber and 4g of protien per serving!!fudge pops!!
