    Baked, air-fried, grilled, deep fried, pan fried, sautéed, puréed, steamed. Silken, firm, extra firm, super firm. Chickpea, pumpkin seed, soy. Meaty, cheesy, or eggy. Sweet or savory. Apparently there are no limits to what tofu can do. It’s a freak. Its texture and flavor is whatever you wanna make it. It also happens to be a little whole hell of a lot cheaper than meat. I know I’m choiring right now but… you understand

  3. Yeah, tofu is so incredibly versatile once you know how to treat it. And for someone who can cook as well you the possibilities are limitless!
