
Boil 4 eggs for 6 minutes, save two for tomorrow.
Cook 1/2 cup oats in a pot with 1 cup water then pour into a bowl. Mix in 1 tbsp miso paste with a splash of water to thin it out. Put in two eggs and slice em in half. Top it off with spring onion, a sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning and a tsp of chili oil. Little bit of pepper too.

So kinda like congee but with a different grain, looks good!
Honestly never thought of doing Ramen style oats…. sounds interesting.
