I’m from New Jersey, and we have something called disco fries here, which is basically bootleg poutine, (fries, brown gravy, *melted shredded mozzarella*) has any Canadian in here tried it before? My sister lives in Vermont about 35 minutes from the border, and I recently tried poutine in Canada, and thought it was delicious and was curious what a Canadian’s thoughts are about disco fries. ๐๐๐ป
Canadian living abroad here. That looks fantastic and I am now deeply homesick. Enjoy!

Nothing like a good poutine. When I was pregnant with my eldest I went through a couple weeks where poutine was the only thing I could eat without puking.
