Ooh looks amazing, Iāve definitely loved utilizing lions mane for meaty textures in dishes. Marinated the pressed slices then seared them into burnt tips like bbq before so this is a great find!
A note on the red food coloring part in the recipe, very easily could utilize beet juice instead to achieve that effect! Plus could pair with chopped beets in stir fry or as a side.

Lions mane so slept on. Hard to find cheap though
