Mostly an eyeballed recipe. Grilled chicken marinated with garlic, thyme, oregano and olive oil. Potatoes roasted with no oil, just sprinkled with some Trader Joes 'Everything But the Leftovers' seasoning (the best Thanksgiving time seasoning). Yogurt sauce made from Chobani high protein yogurt with lemon zest and juice, grated garlic, and some s+p. All on a bed of mixed greens.
