$450 omakase at Joji perhaps made me realize I do not see value in omakases and will avoid in the future. Got the supplemental hairy crab/uni for $80, iced green tea for $20. They were kind enough to comp a $50 vanilla ice cream with caviar at the end. Total after tax and tip was $740 which was a bit of a sticker shock for me. Would have preferred dining twice at Le Bernadin for that.
