Hi all,
I just set up my first curing chamber. Used an under counter fridge. Using a humidifier, heat lamp and pc fan.
Inkbirds controlling both RH and temp.
RH set to 75 with a diff of 3. Temp, 53 with diff at 1.
Turned it all on to run it empty to see how the chamber behaves.
Got my results so far from my Govee.
Looks pretty steady. But I’m not completely sure. I know the chamber will run differently with the meat in it. But I’m wondering if the swings of the RH are too much or will settle down.
Is my humidifier too strong for the box?
Should I consider changing the differential now or just run it with some meat in to see how it behaves first?

Thanks in advance.
