  1. I’ve been working on a deep dish recipe (very much a beginner). I’m curious about using raw sausage – I usually put cooked sausage on it with the fat drained, because I’m concerned that it’ll be too greasy or will sog the crust. Am I doing it wrong?

  6. Hell yeah never tried deep dish at home before, but I do sheet pan grandma style all the time
