[homemade] “Turtle” Cheesecake (chocolate, caramel, and pecan topping)

My first attempt at New York style cheesecake. The cake itself was actually very smooth, but I should've used a different/better knife to cut it. Next time I'll soak a sharper one in hot water first

It was my mom's 69th birthday and I didn't have candles. I added the numbers after most people left because she didn't want to remind people of her age, and they don't look that great 😂
