1) Crispy gochujang tofu Udon noodle bowl with an onion chili-crisp eggplant

2) General Tso's tofu bahn mi

Both were made with Blackbird's new crispy tofu: the first was made with the plain crispy tofu finished in a gochujang glaze; the second used the General Tso's flavored tofu. They can be air-fried or pan seared and have a great texture.
