  2. Chuck roast is just too damn expensive anymore. We used to do roasts probably once a month. Looks delicious btw! 

  3. I always do a quarter stick of butter. I think it comes out more savory and just outright better.

    I do mine with deer roasts does good with all the butter since deer has no fat
