The burger looks great, honestly. Here’s a general question, though. I’ve always kinda wanted to ask this, but kinda never actually cared enough until right now. Why do people/restaurants make burgers so thick that you have to either deconstruct the sandwich or dislocate your jaw to eat them?

Why so tall and thin? Do you actually like your burgers like that or are you just following the dumb trend of burgers that look good in vertical framing but aren’t meant to be eaten?

When most restaurants make tall burgers they suck and taste bland as a motherfucker, hope yours turned out much better!
