The various ramen bowls I’ve made recently

I’ve become a bit obsessed with ramen this year and have been on a mission to try as many varieties as possible. Here’s a sample of some of the ones I’ve made. As you can see, the clear shio broths are my fave, but I used to prefer the creamier broths before I stayed this mission.
