Ok, i take it all back. I posted the pics before I tucked in, it most definitely did not suck.
By sheer stroke of luck, this is hands down one of the best things I have ever made, ever ever. I literally just fucked this meal together with roughly the right stuff that I had. I mean I was trying to make miso ramen, but I just dinked around. Pressure cooked the dashi with blackened onion, garlic and raw wings that were on the edge of sketchy. 1 gallon dashi, added like 2-3 tbsp of white miso that is old and not nearly as white as it used to be, black pepper and then buldak noodles. 1 unmarinated soft boiled egg with some furikake, did a some quick marinaded bamboo shoot with salt, black pepper, sesame oil and raw garlic, canned corn, big scallion bits. Then salt and pepper hot and fast pork belly with dollop of garlic chili. What the shit yall, this had no business being as good as it was. Will be trying to replicate this again, next time with blackened garlic oil. I know it doesnt sound casual, I was just slapping shit together to see what stuck while cocktailing and sweet baby jesus.
