
I’m feeling a little under the weather— as you can probably hear in my voice, so throwing veggies in the oven and finishing the rest in one pan was crucial tonight. I’m officially 13 pounds down feeling great and enjoying making these videos for you guys to keep myself engaged and creative with food while eating in a deficit.

1/2 oz Yellow Onion
2 Chicken Thighs (about 8oz)
1/4C Chicken Stock
1/2 tsp Better Than Bouillon Chicken Base
1/2tsp Minced Garlic
50g Nonfat Greek Yogurt
10-15 Sliced Peperoncinis
=about 330 calories (not including your veggies)
I like to pair this with squash and tomatoes, but broccoli or green beans are great choices too.
